Join the New York Intellectual Property Law Association (NYIPLA) PTAB Committee on January 3 to update members on what happened at the PTAB in 2022 and discuss what to expect on the horizon at the PTAB in 2023.
In this interactive meeting, USPTO Vice Chief Judge Janet Gongola will provide PTAB committee members with an update and recap of what happened at the PTAB in 2022 and explore what to expect at the PTAB in 2023.
There will be a Q&A session afterward. This event is free to all NYIPLA members and PTAB Committee members. 1.0 NY/NJ CLE credit will be available for attendees.
